The office of Engineer Nawaf Hisham Attar for Architectural and Engineering Consultations was established in Jeddah in 1992. The office is accredited by “Baladi,” the Jeddah Municipality, and the Saudi Council of Engineers under engineering license No. 5110001001 issued by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
